At APAC-Central’s recent SEE STOP DO in Northwest Arkansas, team members were honored to have a special guest speaker: Cole Ritchey with Time Striping.

Cole shared his powerful personal story about being struck while working on a highway construction project early one morning. He spoke candidly about the incident, the severity of his injuries, and the long road to recovery before he was able to return to work.

Beyond the physical challenges, Cole highlighted the lasting impact the incident had on his life, both professionally and personally.

His testimony served as a strong reminder of the real risks associated with our work and reinforced the importance of staying alert, following proper safety procedures, and looking out for one another on every job.
