Quality Control

APAC-Central is committed to consistency and quality in its wide range of materials and services offered. The Quality Control Group oversees our rigorous product and raw material management programs and is staffed by experienced, well-trained personnel operating at 16 laboratory locations. Many of the personnel hold multiple laboratory training certifications, from ACI Concrete Field Testing – Grade 1 to state transportation agency certifications in soils, asphalt and aggregates. A number of the laboratories are certified by state transportation agency programs, and the Tulsa laboratory has displayed excellence by being ARML (AASTHO Materials Reference Laboratory) accredited.

The Quality Control Group plays a critical role in the development and implementation of our sustainability commitment through items such as reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP), recycled asphalt shingles (RAS), fly ash and warm-mix asphalt technologies that consume less burner fuel and release fewer emissions.

Employees are helpful in providing customer solutions by selecting the proper ready mix concrete mix design, hot mix asphalt mix design or aggregate product gradation to fit your needs and specifications.
