APAC-Central in the River Valley receives awards
APAC-Central in the River Valley was recently awarded two awards at the Oklahoma Asphalt Paving Association meeting in February. The Rural Overlay Award comes from their project at the Indian Nation Turnpike in Pushmataha County. The project comprised 40 lane miles of Mill and Overlay with 40k tons of S4 76-28 and 19k tons of Permeable Friction Course (PFC).
They were also honored with the Urban Overlay Award for their work on US-62 Tahlequah, Cherokee County. Highway 62 is a high-traffic volume part of town, where the project consisted of Mill and Overlay tied to curb and gutter, with approximately 4k tons of S4 76-28.
Congratulations to all! Your hard work, attention to detail, and dedication earned you some excellent awards.
